PTEK, Premeir Technologies, consolidator of fax (Xpedite) and voice teleconferncing, has a new product, Orchestrate, which allows acces to email voice mail faxes via website. Plus a % ownership in WebMD, which filed for an IPO last week. A problem is that PTEK is having financial trouble, a lot of debt and negative working capital. This stock will fly or die in next three months, or both. This could be a ZD, MALL, DBCC look alike if we are lucky...If not lucky, well bye bye bye...
