Greenland's foreign policy issues are handled by Denmark, not the Netherlands. US administrators might welcome an opportunity to influence production of lower grade chips by a company like Intel, in which the US now has a significant interest. It's hard to predict how all these recent events will affect prospects for Qualcomm. At least Qualcomm at the moment has a lead in the areas where it counts – AI neural processing with low energy use, and high performance modems with low latency. Maybe even China will listen.
