Paul, you may be right, but, seems to me the company needs to be purchased. Unless we know what Novell had invested in the first place, and what they're paying for it, shareholders will once again be left in the dark, while somebody's putting cash in their wallet. I know Schmidt is supposed to be the magic man, but I don't believe he can just fold a privately owned company into his operation. sf
