Mishedlo - Re: ALOY and volume

Yes, friday was a very large volume day.
I did not take a position on friday for this reason.
I have been watching ALOY closely since their earnings release.

First sign of decreasing volume is my trigger here and also the resistance at 13 as traders start taking their profits.
I will be taking a position here monday or tuesday, it all depends on the trading of the stock.

This will probably be a longer term position.
I would not add at 15 here, probably 17-18 is more reasonable.
Having a stop loss at 15.25 seems ok, but I probably wont use one if it come to that.
I hate the business model.

BTW, any PnD stock is going to have much larger volume during a significant run up. (dont forget traders come and they go)
Key is to take your short position just below they run for the hills.
