Exactly......Like you, RMC, I have experience with small roads and clearing in tropical jungle, in my case the state of Chiapas in M‚xico (15 degrees N latitude approx.). It is a constant struggle to keep roads open as the vegetation seeks the light, for ranchos distant from main roads clearing can be a significant cost. As Bre-X is only exploring at this stage, they do not need to keep trails and drill-sites open.......And from the air? Good luck finding anything without electronics.......
