MJXC, now that I have a second off the phones and the icq's, here's my update.

E news came out yesterday on OTC BB site. Everyone should go there and register, it's free, then you will be emailed updates daily as to the changes and status of companies and their filings.

MJXC is on the E list for Friday the 14th.

E is not good, and was a shock to me yesterday, as I was led to believe, last week, from their outside IR, that no E was expected and that no comments came back from SEC regarding the filing. MJXC does obviously file as an M, they changed from an S a couple weeks before the critical date of Jan 4/99.

Waiting now to speak to company directly, soon as someone gets in to the office.

They did release news when they filed SB10, I believe it would now be a wise move on their part to release news updating on the status of that filing, and commenting on the E. This I believe a responsible company would do.

Outside IR, depending on who you speak with, is giving mixed, or confusing info today, and was unable to answer any questions late yesterday, and LOL as is usual, people from these threads, know more than them concerning many matters such as E's and pinks, etc.

My reasons for buying MJXC have not changed but the E of course is a concern. If it melts down, and I can be convinced the E is temporary and NO PINKS I will probably take advantage and buy more.

Best regards,

Jim Bishop.
