If anyone is in violation of SEC law, or under suspicion of such, the Webmistress may and probably will drop him. It happened to someone for vulgarity on another thread I monitor, and to someone else that tried to raise money for his own company on the thread. (Fortunately, we raised some questions about that one and got him back on.) JMO.
