December 18, 2001, Fort Lauderdale, FL -- InspecTech Aero Service, Inc. reports its solid performance at the National Business Aviation Association's 54th Annual Meeting & Convention in New Orleans last week.
On tap for the show were current state-of-the-art SPD products featuring a 99.4% dark aircraft window, the popular, new flat-panel SPD control switches and electronics, the latest InspecTech-produced PMA parts, and a spectacular, new Learjet mockup.
InspecTech's booth 5342 attracted visitors on a steady basis throughout the entire three-day show. As seen in the photo below, the location of the booth down aisle 5300 and to the left, was by all accounts "in the zone" for superb traffic exposure.

Also exhibiting at the show was West Star Aviation of Grand Junction, Colorado with their debut of their new, proprietary Learjet "shell" interior mockup that features InspecTech SPD windows. The excellent design and craftsmanship are evident in every area of West Star's display. The photos below attempt to, but cannot adequately convey the feel, aromatics, and ambience of this impressive, "SPD-equipped" leather interior.

West Star designed timers into this artful showpiece that sequence the forward three windows automatically. Shown above, the aft-seat window has an individual control that allows prospective customers to adjust the light transmission. InspecTech and West Star worked cooperatively to route visitors to both displays to maximize each company's show presence.

InspecTech anticipates receiving orders from, among others, Raytheon Hawker and King Air customers who indicated very high interest in SPD windows for their aircraft. Engineering for these models has begun. Several aircraft completion centers who are currently completing aircraft such as Airbus Corporate Jets, Boeing BBJs, Dassault/Falcon jets, and Fairchild/Dornier regional aircraft also have expressed high interest in equipping future aircraft.
InspecTech sends thanks to all who visited and participated in the show, and we would especially like to thank the Research Frontiers investors who stopped by.
