I'm sure Bush can technically challenge the law, but morally I don't think he should. I abhor blatant hypocrisy, and this would be a prime example. Bush should either drop the challenge, or challange only on the grounds that a partial recount would not fairly reflect the will of the people of Florida.

See, I'm a Conservative at least attempting to argue within the moral guidelines I claimed to embrace before the election.

Tangent: Time to look into companies that make ballot counting systems, for a long position in equities?
