Well, They did so just last month. moreover the 65nm layout
is in an early stage were improvements are relatively easy,
That said, they will without doubt assign more manpower to
the K8L.

This is you guessing. It is up to AMD to decide ultimately
early September or so which percentage of a December launch
(presuming HKEPC is right) should be Turion X2. They're
flexible enough to divide FEOL processing any way they want
to. The first available Rev.F parts are Turion X2 parts as
well so why would they delay the notebook parts?
