Post on RB for fellow woodies: ragingbull.altavista.com reads as follows: "If I'm not mistaken, a 10% contingent of aggrieved shareholders can call a special shareholders' meeting (if it is done properly). If nothing else, this would smoke out Ray and make him accountable to us. If the last 10K is right, and there are 90MM shares out, we will need about 9MM or 10MM shares to call the special. With my 1MM shares, I've taken a bath on this POS, but am willing to work with the team to recover our investments. If you would, please send share counts to db@mindspring.com so we can take an inventory of RB shareholders.
