FAME,

Similar to WNMLA this one is delisting (also reverse splitting) to save $$$. However, FAME pays a dividend and will buy back 1/2 the float in the three years following after delisting. So management seems shareholder friendly, and I am buying at these levels given the apparently cheap valuation --- book value and PE.

Not all delisted stocks are bad investments as Paul has so aptly demonstrated with MHCO, but you have to be careful.
