Good evening Sergio, Happy holiday to you and your bride also. (The little amigos too) Since there are two possible causes as to Flanders flounder I will stay with the first of the two. In reading the S-8 on the options I don't think, at this point, they are the problem. The R. James overhang is the more likley of the two. PW has an incentive to sell the company for over 200 million and I doubt that they will go for less than that so it may be awhile before the sale. Some are valuing the sale between 6.50 and 8.00. In the meantime the stock trades well by the STOCH's and RSI turn ups. Kind of reminds me of CADE before it finally sold at 5. "IFCI" I've been away from for too long to offer an opinion at this point, but will put it on a "to read list". You mention earnings coming and we always know that is good for some upside. Ken
