CMGI has now a reverse logistic module for their customers who has returned goods for service or disposition thru demand channels(retail channels that sells surplus or returned goods).

Since most companies will allow quality control to have upto only 2% returns; this demand side reverse logistic software will eventually lead to distribution solution to sell all the company products linked to supply chain software solutions down stream.

This is the beginning of a complete comprehensive supply chain software, from sales to billing or invoicing? The links to accounting software will make supply chain software totally manageable and self sufficient in a manufacturing operation.
