Finished looking at the CDC site.

Looking at the CDC "estimated" figures it is mostly in MSM Male who have sex with males categories and needle sharers.

One way to stop the plague is for the men to change their behavior and not carry their infections to mothers who then have children who are infected at birth .

If it were a plague the general population of people would show a dramatic increases in numbers.
