First of all, Sir or Madam, don't come into our playground and shout. We do understand regular writing.
Second of all, if there is lesson to be learn, it's never say never.
Thirdly, the benefit of a project on this scale, and the benefit to the community, economy, and the increased tax base for all levels of government, as well as job creation, is much more important then few concerned citizen with way too much time on their hands. Never
