Scott, Yes!!! Any party that wanted access to Czars data room had to sign an agreement not to purchase any Orbit for two years. The only two parties that the press mentioned as being interested were Gulf and Ranger. At the time there were many articles trying to figure out why parties did not want to merge with Orbit..To me its clear the same guy that ran Czar wanted to grow Orbit. He said in effect take my Czar at a good price but agree to not take Orbit if you want to see my data. Thats my opinion on why it worked the way it worked and when the two years is up in Oct, Nov or Dec. I think RGO will at least consider a run at Orbit.
