the big gorilla in the room is apple. when they start going heavy down the risc V path, the end is coming fast.

the two largest royalty payees are qualcomm and apple.

but don't expect apple to do anything until the trial is over, as they want tactically to see a weaker qualcomm as well as any ruling which weaken royalty obligations.
