One possible loophole that might help me is that my employer-provided retirement insurance is good anywhere in the world. As I understand it, Medicare does not operate in foreign countries, so maybe I can hop over the border to Canada for my medical care and have it fully covered by my insurance. It's something I need to research further when I approach the dreaded age of 65.
