Bill,

This will continue for some time. I was in attendance at a meeting yesterday and got to hear John Walter speak. I was very impressed with what he had to say and how he planned on getting it done. I believe the two day visit with Wall Street will benefit us as stockholders. In addition, he realizes there are too many executives running this company. Perhaps the hierarchy was necessary for over one million employees, but when you have 125-130,000 you are hard pressed to justify 5 levels of officers. As a result, you will see more changes and additional cost cutting as AT&T migrates to a market facing organization.
