M Goodson,

Sorry for the crude characterization of Lekach (pronounced LICK-CRAP). Your question about examples or specific stories was my first question as well. I didn't want to say this before, but his uncle pretty much laughed at the notion of investing in PARL, simply because of the reputation of Lekach. I don't know if you subscribe to Business Week or not, but the 16 Dec 96 issue's front cover is entitled, "The Mob on Wall Street". The article is an inside look at how organized crime influences the markets. The article lists mob exploited stock rip-offs on page 99. The first thing I was looking for was whether PARL was listed. It is not listed. It is not a list of penny stocks either, but companies that have traded as high as $42.50, which surprised me. The companies say they know of no mob rigging. Do you know who the market maker(s) is/are for PARL? The article lists brokerages/market makers that have been intimidated by the Mob and I'd like to check out that aspect. Maybe I'm just being overly paranoid. Based on the above table stuff, I still think PARL is way undervalued.
