IN Short:
M.McGinnis gave about a 45 min presentation to about 30 institutional investors.
In his presentation he basicly gave them the "Eco Story" that we have been discusing here over the last 10 months.At the end of his presentation he introduced D.Norris CFO he gave us his brief Bio.Once the presentation was over we were able to go to a meeting
room for a round of Q&A and meet one on one.
Here are the things I found interesting: {from my notes}
M.M.Idustra growing @ 30% rest of AEC at about 25%
Outsourceing business is a100B market and only 30% of it's potential has been reached
Numerous acquisition opportunitys / 300 to 400mil worth of opp out there.
CVG first contract small should be for consulting worth $ 500,000 { due in May 97}
REV for 97 250 est EAR for 97 1.20 est
First 1/4 97 comfortable with .25 {McGinnis}
NO 10Q this 1/4 will start with 2nd 1//4 97 {Norris}
ChemPwr officialy closed Feb 05 1997 so chempwr ear will show starting 2nd 1/4
Kennedy Capital is no longer the largest holder of AEC stock
A recent purchase of about 250,000 shr from a southern Cali institution will show in
Aprils 13d filings { I think this came from the WeatCoast conference last month}
McGinnis owns 300,000 shr By 08/97 he will buy 150,000 more
The dreaded F will get dropt looking for ways, Don't be surprised when the next merger
accurs a NEW CO. comes to being exp: American Service Corp based in Houston Tx
and no FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
CFO has STREET experience, expertise in M&A AND finding capital.
Norris has been at Eco since Sept 96
There very excited about Marketing Direct Concepts inc {the new PR firm}
McGinnis house burned down last week
