As of 10:30 FTEL has settled down to 1.937 x 2.031. DCIC still the stronger of the two at 3.25 x 3.625. Predominantly sellers in FTEL now, but DCIC still getting more buys. I don't quite understand that, but it's OK. Remember Raleigh's 3-day rule. It will take the big boys a couple of days of analysis before they bite on these in a big way. I think people should not take their initial investment out until you see the full effect of this news item. Lee
