The fastest and easiest to do is -
PTI
ABOVE 35
UP
300 BARS

PTI
BELOW 45
UP
300 BARS

Then put in the channels and wait for them to breakout, Dave has been using SRSI 14 for help getting in, you can use the Oscillator as Tom Joseph describes and/or your own imdicators.

The above SEARCH is very light, you will get more hits but better that then over-filtering.
