Your numbers look good.. however... I think that Intel doesn't
pay the masses anything near 90k... try like $38k + bonuses
(which I don't think count towards to total allowable).

Lets figure 5 thousand people @ 4k each divided by $42.50 or
roughly 470,500 shares of which 50% will sell... thats 220,000
shares- another non-event.

Do you know how many people there are at intel corporate?
