The original plan was to utilize off-balance sheet financing in which a group of investors would put up the money for a certain movie (or movies?) The company was never able to obtain significant financing in this manner. The company now has in hand $3.2 million to finance the next movie. Obviously, any revenue from "Speedway" or "Delta" could be applied to subsequent movies. You mentioned you were just learning about investing. Learning about investing by studying MVEE may be akin to learning to fly in a tornado. I may question your wisdom, but I admire your guts!. Regards, Suzanne
