JTS(C) under chapter 7

Hi all!

This additional information I got by e-mail!

"It appears that chpt 11 is reorganization. This allows a company to
continue to operate and be protected from paying its debt. It is
usually used for companies that need time to restructure from debt.
chpt 7 is liquidation.
This means that assets are seized and sold to pay off creditors.
A company is usually forced into chpt 7 by its creditors. Any money
realized from the sale of assets first go to creditors. Since most
companies in chpt 7 have more debt than assists, there will be no
money leftover for shareholders. If this filling is true, it is not
good news!"

Regards

Manfred, Germany
