One thing to keep in mind re: the slowly drifting share price is that volume is very very low, so its drifting not because of huge selling, but rather boredom and uncertainty. I'm not alarmed as long as it's these puny 100-300K share days. It's the million share days we're waiting for-take a look at a year's chart and see what I mean. When this baby moves, it moves really dramatically. Now its just drifting aimlessly down for no good or bad reason, and I suspect that'll continue at least till the 10K comes out, when the pace will accelerate either upward if news is good, or maybe another sharp selloff into the 6's?? Either way, long term picture has brightened considerably for me with news of torodial/fc heads which need KM to function. Lotsa potential there a couple years out- 2 to 3 maybe?
