OT - All: PTIX was a great buy, until a shark attack was announced today. A bunch of class action law firms specialize in soliciting disgruntled shareholders following a large loss if they can alledge some impropriaty. Same thing happened with DAOU, alleging accounting errors with their method of accounting for revenue for contracts partially completed, eventho they were following the explicit direction of a big 5 accounting firm. PTIX got sued after pre-announcing a qtr2 projected dissappointment (flat year over year) due to order postponements. Insiders sold a lot earlier in the spring, but they'd been selling since last summer due to the hure runnup in price. Anyway, pending litigation + a nasty tech market make it a bad time to buy PTIX, regardless of how absurdly cpeap it is. Since I recommended it here, I thought I should give anyone the heads up. Humble pie eating Scott at your service.
