The recent "S-1" shares would not have been a factor in today's market, because they are still restricted by a grace period which allows Wave to find orderly buyers for another two weeks or so.

There could very well have been earlier Reg D stockholders who have been waiting for the right strike price to unload their shares. Actually, these people help those of us who want to keep accumulating at bargain prices.

In reference to Doc Stone's comment to Steven Sprague about potential consumer nervousness with the chip's anonymity, I believe the marketing plan will be to promote the hardware security aspects on the packaging and advertising - perhaps to create a public perception that "Wave Enabled" means the best security in addition to its other efficient distribution attributes.

In reference to Fat Boy's comment, 18 months will not only result in lower taxes but hopefully a much greater stock gain. Who knows, if Wave's technology has real staying power and they can find their future place among the large cable and Web-TV players, then those of us who keep their shares for years may end up like mini Paul Allens.
