in a Seattle neighborhood, a couple called the cops because they thought they heard someone in their house. The cops found a guy living in their basement, and eating from a downstairs refrigerator. The guy had just been released from prison in Texas, and was sent to Seattle by way of a one way bus ticket, even though he had no connections to the city!
