Hi Grace, Speaking of extraction industries, this highly "creative" bond financing has me scratching my head: kansas.com Boeing's executives seem to be miracle workers when it comes to getting corporate welfare. They also are in negotiations to get the State of Washington to build new marine facilities for the Boeing Everett assembly plant. (Which I suspect will be used to bring in larger sub-assemblies from foreign suppliers....)
