Sorry Reggie, I beg to differ. It is obvious to me that the DOJ (and States) are fighting the war FOR the American people, not "in lieu of" same. They are pro competition; Microsoft is not. They are pro choice; Microsoft is not. They are for abiding by the law of the land; Microsoft is not.

I would highly recommend that you read the DOJ and States' complaints.They are quite enlightening.
