Here is more information on TRP. I am not sure if one would consider this company in the under valued area but the business is solid and the 3.92% dividend isn't bad either.

The company is well diversified but is now trading at a 52 wk high. I guess I should have been buying in the $8's in 2000 if I was a true value investor.

You can hold this company in your IRA w/o any problems with a foreign dividend tax. According to my broker U.S. has classified this Candian company exempt from foreeign tax withholdings so all dividends accumulate tax free in the IRA.

My first buy was 8/13/04 at $20.79 and I may add to my shares considering the future growth potential and their history of raising dividends.
