Not dilutive...Is that Orwellian?...Because a $300 million issue of preferred stock by a $1.4 billion dollar company is likely a 21% difference between EPS and fully diluted EPS...If the issue were common stock the company could earn interest of $15 million and have EPS of 1.18 just from the interest alone!...But this is a preferred issue and they must pay dividends so that there will not likely be a net income result from the preferred...unless the dividend to pay is very low...Well...the CEO said the net would improve so I guess that the preferred has a very low dividend to pay while the company draws interest on the $300 million?

Otherwise the numbers look great?
