You're right, Bearcatbob. MAC has its own agenda. If it doesn't want to deal, it won't deal -- which seems to be the case. And nobody is interested in buying its 51% if it should try to sell -- as David S. pointed out. It's difficult to see what's going to change in this scenario with the current price of gold. If the gold price moves up, maybe the incentive to settle will move up too.
