V.K.: Good points in your recent post. Novell's only assets are the $1 billion and its ever declining customer base. The $10 per share takeover figure mentioned; if so would be the final "knee to the groin" to the shareholders who have been "stiffed" by the BOD's failure to have sold the company several years ago. If they don't sell they are going to need another 10 % cut in the work force soon. The revenues are not apparent. Vip
