JB. Perhaps you should consider the context of the DOJ/MSFT litigation in a broader context and it will fit better into your liberty or death package.

Because the big picture is really pro competition.

What DOJ will be attempting to establish is a framework which re-establishes a level playing field for competition and innovation in mature and developing industries.

What is being evaluated in a broader scale is lock out strategies applied to start-ups or new entrants into industries where market leaders use ,until now, what were considered crude, but acceptable means to protect their markets.

This applies to airlines beverages, software,beer -you name it.

What is being challenged is the ways and tactics of market leaders and how they prevent competition.Industry consolidation limits choice.

That sounds almost liberty like to me.
