Despite the fact that I sold this stock weeks ago in the $35 range, I am seriously thinking about contacting my lawyer in regards to the fact that ASNDs' management misled all shareholders back in July. I know this because I had sold all my stock near $54, it fell to the $50 range, then their CFO and CEO came out and said that "Asia and Europe is looking great" for future quarters and that
will help us out tremendously. Well, after telling several friends that ASND was the "short of the year" at $55, I went ahead and bought at $55 on this news from their management. Well, to make a long story short, I lost alot of money as this stock never stopped dropping from that day on. While the market rallied, I stubbornly held this stock thinking that it would rebound! I have never even thought about suing anyone in my life, but after
losing thousands upon thousands, I figure that if I could re-coup some of my losses and make ASND miserable as I was, then it will be worth every last cent! Hopefully a lawyer would be able to show that ASND deliberately mislead investors back in July (when 2 weeks later they reported a .02 cent month when they were expecting about .12+)!!! Anyhow, anyone still holding this crap, I wish you ALOT of luck.
