I was on the phone to them to place an order at a decimal and she informed that she had just gotten an internal memo that it could now be done. So, I placed one test order at a decimal and, sure enough, it came up with a valid order preview screen. At long last! Offie PS You can test it by entering an order to buy one share of something at a decimal way below the bid (that way there is no way of having it accepted). Once you get the preview screen - just cancel the order.
