I 2 would like to know if there have been any truth to these cutoff dates rumors in the past, ie. Independence, Richmond County, Staten Island Savings, Roslyn, etc... If anyone has any experience with these, pos. or neg. please let us know.... perhaps these ipo's have just become a hot subject, so we will probably have to wait to 1999 to find out... kya
