Gene, My take is the same as yours. I'm a little concerned that proposed financing at lower share price means more shares to achieve financing, i.e. more dilution than previously anticipated and the ones (us) who already own some shares pay the price. At this time, I'm waiting till the share price clearly bottoms out before buying any more. Regards, Dave
