Nulldog: People have been killing each other individually and en masse for centuries to enforce their allegiance to various gods and to force others to swear allegiance to their gods.........think Galileo, Jesus of Nazareth, Pontius Pilate.the Crusades, Ayatolla Khomeni (sp?), Hindus vs. Sikhs, Arabs vs Jews, Christians against Indians and Native Americans and Africans and Chinese, et alia ..........ad infinitum. Forcing the children of others to be taught a particular religion's view of creation as in the Kansas foolishness is inconsistent with freedom of speech, thought, religion and the Bill Of Rights.
