I believe the dow will flirt with, and probably eventually break, the 10k barrier again. Not because of anything other than Y2k though. Greenspeak is getting old and traders are slowly becoming desensitized. We need a big sell off before any real confidence can return..... I know that sounds backwards, but this trading range is sapping confidence and no true valuations are being created. Nervousness rules........
