Gord Newmont have about 10% too - so any additional shares would have to be declared if they use surrogates - at least this is my understanding - to act otherwise would be highly illegal. After all Barrick is in exactly the same position. I'm sure a lot of third parties(and investors) have been accumulating ready to sell to the highest bidder. dd
