these are all different versions of the elliot wave programs i purchased from CS inc 1-800-298-0280, they sell lots of stuff, inexpensive--to outrageous $$20000-30000 institutional programs. i purchased 4.1 and they provided 4.2 and 4.3 free of charge. watch out, they have a tendancy to overpromise and underdeliver. get all promises in writing if you give them any money. check out their free demos before you do anything. good luck what ever you decide ~peter winwaves should be around $295 the cs inc. version should be around $695-- its alittle more but its also better(i paid more--if you want things when they are new sometimes you have to pay up)
