Not so freak....We do have a large yard, mostly lawn. But the neighbor has a triangle that he uses to dump his yard trimmings. A couple of weeks before we moved into the house, we were having another heat streak and the vegetable matter spontaneously combusted and burned the hedge and another neighbor's tennis court fence. I am not too worried about the fire spreading to the house, but it is a pain in the ass to have to worry about it. I am going to go over to the neighbor's tonight and offer to buy the little triangle of land. That should solve the problem.
