Hey, I got my W. Brian Arthur books in the mail, so, while you're reading my side of the argument, I'll be reading yours. I have kind of ad-libbed so far based on my memory. I will try to make some of my amorphous statements a little more defined. Will try to work on it this weekend. If that's ad-libbing, I'd say you did pretty well. I'll hate going up against you when you're prepared. ;) (although I don't have a law library at my disposal). Not a law library, Westlaw.
