I don't know if this is a Watley problem or a Rt3 problem.

But I'm getting pretty freking tired of no connection peroidically in the mornings, messing up account positions(sometimes it looks like it's someone eslse account), and just generaslly piss poor software problems(again is this them or a RT3 problem?

The customer service people there are really good, IMO, I rarely have to wait more than a minute to get someone on the phone and theyare quick to resolve any problems(within their abilities). I've never had to speak to anyone from their margin dept, so I can't comment on that

But this Order cache not connected and the inability to trade is getting old. Very old!
