Re: why hyperventilate, Ray?

My nurse/practioner (since no one can afford a doctor in America any more) tells me that my breathing is too shallow. Now you tell me I hyperventilate. Who am I to believe?

Re: We all want to win the game ... Sorry, let me rephrase it; "We all want to break even". That sounds crappy too.... What about "We all want [desperately] to quit the game" (now you got me hyperventilate;)

I'm attempting to do a Gauguin myself. But it's hard. I keep slipping back into the insanity that passes for reality.

Did you read the hysterical gossip columns about how Dennis Kozlowski paid 300% over market for trashy Gauguins and got caught for cheating on the 8 1/4% city tax? Too funny. America's CEOs getting caught for trashing tax laws and getting ripped off by gay art dealers. Show you who is in charge, eh?

Re: If there's anything worthwhile from this side of the pond, I translate slash post it.

I'm looking forward to it. Where's our Franz Kafka? Life is that absurd.
